Pole Dance
Pole acrobatics classes for adults, including spins, holds, tricks, and their combinations.
Exotic PD
Exotic Pole Dance choreography classes (in heels; beginners may train barefoot). Depending on the group level, classes may also include spins, holds, and pole elements.
Exotic Flow & Experimental
A choreography-based class focused on movement around the pole and on the floor in heels, with an emphasis on fluidity, flexibility, and musicality. It may incorporate elements from other dance styles such as High Heels, Strip, and more, as well as tempo work, extended floorwork combinations, and expressive performance quality.
Pole & Acro
A dynamic class that combines pole dance training with off-pole acrobatic elements such as rolls, jumps, and other movements. Class duration: 1.5 hours.
Stretching
Flexibility-focused classes designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and joint range of motion.
3-in-1 Course
A mixed-format class that combines elements of Pole Dance, Exotic PD, and Stretching. Duration: 2 hours.
Open Practice
Open pole rental for independent practice and self-training.
