Please read the studio rules before your first visit. Booking and payment for a class confirm your acceptance of the studio’s terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • Advance booking is required for all classes.
  • Payment for a class (trial, single session, or membership) must be completed before the training session.
  • Booking, cancellations, and schedule changes are handled during the administrator’s working hours from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM via Direct messages or Telegram.
  • After making a payment, please send the payment confirmation to the administrator.
  • Class cancellation policy:
    • Group classes — cancellation no later than 12 hours before the class starts;
    • Private classes — cancellation no later than 6 hours before the session. Late cancellations are considered attended and are not refunded.
  • Payments are accepted via cashless transfer only (to a registered private entrepreneur account).
  • Your spot in a group is confirmed only after payment is received.
  • All bookings and inquiries are handled in written form only via messengers or Instagram, to ensure clear communication.
  • By making a payment, all parties agree to and accept the studio rules.

Classes & Studio Etiquette

  • Group classes are held with a minimum of two participants.
  • If a group is fully booked, you may join the waiting list.
  • Only active participants are allowed in the training hall. Guests, friends, or relatives are not permitted during classes.
  • If you need to bring a child with you, they must stay close to you or in the changing room so as not to disturb others.
  • Studio equipment, poles, lighting, and technical facilities may be used by students and instructors only.
  • Any damage to studio property must be fully compensated, repaired, or replaced with an equivalent item.
  • After class, please clean up after yourself: remove trash, shoe marks, and any residue of grip aids from poles, mats, carpets, and floors.
  • Entry to the studio is allowed only in clean indoor shoes or socks. Outdoor footwear must be left at the entrance.
  • In case of rule violations, the studio reserves the right to deny access to classes.
